I looked at the Discord settings and everything should be coming out of the external speakers, I've looked through Chrome settings to The Spotify app that I've downloaded and makes system sounds (like the beep to notify that the charger has been removed). 
My external speakers otherwise will play sound from I've attempted to update and uninstall and reinstall the individual sound drivers and I am told that I am already using the most optimal version of the driver. Potential issues are listed as not present. I've ran the troubleshooting which says they detected a problem but then all of the While in Discord, I was testing out their new screen sharing function by playing a youtube video which noticeably wasn't playing sound.Įver since then, I cannot get YouTube to play through my external speakers, nor through headphones that are connected via AUX cable, only through headphones via bluetooth.
Shortly thereafter I downloaded Discord on my laptop. There was a recent update that went out for Windows 10 which I got.
